The highest earner in this "Star Wars" movie is none other than Harrison Ford who, according to The Guardian, was given a huge sum of $34 million. Some would surely wonder why Ford got the biggest cut. According to Variety, the reason was because [SPOILERS] he was killed off in the movie.
On the other hand, Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker) and Carrie Fisher (Leia Organa), two of the main stars from the original "Star Wars" reportedly received a "low-seven-figure range," according to GameSpot. As for the supporting actors, supporting actors Adam Driver and Oscar Isaac reportedly were given "mid-to-high-six figures," while the two young stars, John Boyega and Daisy Ridley got somewhere between $100,000 and $300,000.
Those figures do not yet include other percentage deals based on the film's profits. The younger actors will receive a cut when the film reaches $1 billion in worldwide earnings. It has also been said that Fisher and Hamill's salaries will be bigger in the next film as their roles grow bigger.
