'Dragon Ball Super' Update: Goku Vs Freeza Showdown May Dominate In Episode 25 [WATCH PREVIEW]

The showdown between Goku and Freeza may dominate in Dragon Ball Super's Episode 25, along with other surprises in store for this episode and the upcoming ones.

Attack of the Fanboy disclosed that a title for the next episode in the series has not been released but the plot summary hints towards "a new transformation" for Goku. In a preview of Episode 25, there was a mention of "An All-Out Battle! The Vengeful, Golden Freeza," which could be the title of the next episode or it could just be part of the dialogue.

Dragon Ball Super Episode 25, which will be aired on December 27, revealed this plot summary: "Goku Super Saiyan God surpasses and triggers a new transformation. Freeza also reveals this trump card." This would mean that Goku's Super Saiyan God transformation, which was deemed more powerful than Super Saiyan 3, would trigger a new one, but the last part indicates that Freeza can or may match it with a "trump card."

Fans are excited to see the upcoming episodes as more of the saga seen in the "Resurrection F" film will be explored.

In Dragon Ball Super Episode 24, "Shock! Goku vs Freeza, This is the Result of My Training," which was shown last December 20, the episode was mostly about the fight between Goku and Freeza, and this will likely spill on to Episode 25. In that episode, Vegeta was seen trying to help Goku, and a brief fight was seen between the two as well spawned by Vegeta wanting to fight Freeza himself. This was what led to the beginning of the fight between Goku and Freeza. Vegeta made himself scarce as he was not of much help to Goku during the latter's fight against Frieza.

Attack of the Fanboy also mentioned that Dragon Ball Super Episode 26 has "no plot summary or title yet," but a schedule was disclosed, which was on January 10. This could mean that the series "is taking a week off" since there won't be any episode to be aired on January 3.
