Celebrity Hacker Arrested For Attempting To Sell Sex Tapes, Unreleased Scripts

A celebrity hacker was caught trying to sell juicy sex tapes, explicit photos, unreleased movie scripts and even personal identification and information of celebrities. The hacker lives in the Bahamas and have attempted to sell information to the highest bidder, a Radar Online report said.

Alonzo Knowles, 23 years old, was arrested after he emailed an unidentified radio host. The host told police and his producers that the hacker tried to sell him illegal materials and information.

A report was provided by US attorney Preet Bharara about the incident, "This case has all of the elements of the kind of blockbuster script the defendant, Alonzo Knowles, is alleged to have stolen: hacks into celebrities' private e-mails, identity theft, and attempts to sell victims' information to the highest bidder. Unfortunately, these circumstances are all too real."

The prosecutors did not release any names of the celebrities who may have been victimized by Knowles but according to the hacker himself, the stars he hacked had plenty of secrets to hide.

In one of the e-mails that Knowles sent to a potential client, he gave the buyer some samples of his work. He attached sex videos to his e-mail and added that he has more stuff like these and that he could get more if the buyer was interested. He would offer some samples and wait for buyers to come back for more.

Still other information that the hacker would sell are social security numbers, scripts from upcoming television series as well as scripts from films that were not yet released to the public.

The young hacker was charged with one count of felony criminal copyright infringement and one count of identity theft and was expected to appear in federal court Tuesday.
