British gossip magazine "Heat" is currently under a lot of heat from couple Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake.
WebProNews reported that Biel and Timberlake filed separate lawsuits against the tabloid for allegedly using "photos and quotes from Jessica Biel that she never made."
ET Canada also confirmed the filing when it reported that the British tabloid has found itself on the receiving end of hefty lawsuits.
"'Heat' is a British publication owned and run by the Germany-based Bauer Media Group. The celebrity couple has taken their fight to the High Court in Dublin believing that a quicker verdict can be achieved, reports ET Canada.
Paul Tweed of Johnsons Solicitors, an international media attorney, disclosed that: "We have issued defamation proceedings on behalf of our clients, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, in relation to an article and a headline that came out in 'Heat' magazine," WebProNews quoted Tweed as saying.
Cheating and Pregnancy Rumors
Justin and Jessica's marriage has been hounded by cheating and pregnancy rumors. WebProNews thinks it would not be a surprise if one of those two topics could have caused the lawsuits against the British tabloid.
Last year, several gossip sites reported that allegedly, Justin cheated on his wife with one of his backup dancers during his 20/20 tour.
According to Hollywood Life, at least two tabloids, the National Enquirer and Star, ran pictures showing Justin and Zenya Bashford dancing with their hands all over each other.
"It was definitely more than friendly. They were dancing in a way that no married man should ever dance with someone who is not his wife," an eyewitness told the two American tabloids.
As for the pregnancy rumors, there was also talk swirling around the celebrity world that 32-year-old Biel is having difficulty conceiving with 33-year-old Timberlake.
Such rumors have allegedly put a strain on the relationship of the young married couple, Hollywood Life added.
One source close to the couple was even quoted as saying: "They've been trying to conceive for a couple of months now. She told Justin she's going to see a fertility expert. She has no problem using technology, if that's what it takes to have a baby and (keep their) marriage."
