As the golf season continues in the south, two famous players have decided to put up their homes in two separate southern states for sale. Geoff Ogilvy - the 2006 U.S. open champion - and Lee Trevino - the two time U.S. open winner - have each listed a home in Arizona and Texas respectively.
Geoff Ogilvy's Home - $2.2 Million
Geoff Ogilvy has been dabbling in real estate for some months now. Located in Scottsdale, Ariz., the listing comes just two months after he sold off his large Del Mar, Calif estate for $6 million.
Property records show that Ogilvy bought the Scottsdale home in October 2006 for $2.72 million. The residence is a 5,407-square-foot single-family house that comprises of five bedrooms and six bathrooms.
Interiors of the house feature hardwood and tiled flooring, high wood-beamed ceilings, large glass doors and windows and wide open hallways.
Living spaces include a gourmet kitchen, an office or den, a game room and guest quarters that can be accessed by a separate entrance.
Outside, the home has covered patios, a pool with a spa, ample greens and lounging areas. The home also has a small putting area and three-car parking garage.

Lee Trevino's Home - $13 Million
Lee Trevino, one of the greatest golfers of our time, has listed his home in Dallas, Texas, for sale with an asking price of $13 million.
According to Realtor.com, Trevino and his wife had the home completely redesigned right after they purchased it. They listed it once February this year, but it went off the market in July only to resurface earlier this month.
The home, which is being represented by Penny Cook of Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International, is a 10,005-square-foot classic mansion sitting on five large acres of land.
Comprising of four bedrooms and six bathrooms, the two-storey house features beautiful interiors done up in hardwood flooring, French doors and windows and wood beamed ceilings.
There are several seating and dining areas. The modern farm-style kitchen has a mid-rise island and custom cabinetry for storage. Other living spaces include a den and a large guest suite with en-suite bathroom and seating area.
Outside, the home has two putting greens, a tennis court, covered patios and porches, a gazebo and a BBQ area as well.
