The house also contains a master suite. Inside there is a sitting area, vanities for both males and females and a rain shower. There is a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms, with one bedroom featuring bunk beds built within and a turquoise-colored flooring.

Standing in the veranda that contains a fire pit and a built-in barbecue, a swimming pool and a spa can be seen. A spiral staircase that leads to a second-story terrace patio can also be found.

The 51-year-old sports radio and television host originally purchased the property for $1.325 million in 2013. He decided to sell the house which first came to market in April 2015 for $4.25 million, with Bill Earls of John R. Wood Properties as the listing agent.

Lenzmeier, the buyer, was represented by Celine Goget Blocker of Paradise Realty of Naples.

His house in West Hartford, Connecticut was also sold for $1.15 million earlier this year. The approximately two-acre Colonial-style home has a media room, library and five bedrooms.

After that, he bought an East Coast-inspired house for $3.095 million in the Tree Section area in Manhattan. The five-bedroom home features wide-plank wooden floors, open-plan living rooms and a patio having a built-in barbecue.
