Zillow reveals the list on an annual basis using it's trick-or-treat index. Using four weighted variables - Zillow Home Value Index, population density, Walk Score® and local crime data from Relocation Essentials - the property firm - ranks cities across the country on where one could "harvest" the most sweets during the spooks season.
