“Girl Meets World” Season 2 didn't reach its finale yet but there are already updates and spoilers about the third season of the show.
The sequel of the “Boy Meets World,” follows Riley played by Rowan Blanchard and her friend, Maya which is played by Sabrina Carpenter. Since Riley will be in high school, there will be more mature topics including issues about growing up as well as some emotional drama.
Riley's parents, Cory played by Ben Savage and Topanga played by Danielle Fishel are also featured heavily on the show. The two were the main cast of "Boy Meets World."
One episode entitled “Girl Meets Ski Lodge” is said to be one of the most anticipated episodes as the cast are excited about it saying that it will be a "season of feelings," Movie News Guide reported.
" So, we're mapping out Season 3. We want to beat a wonderful Season 2. Some good ideas came up. One I like is called Girl Meets Ski Lodge," Girl Meets Writers tweeted.
The friendship of Riley and Maya will also be tested even if they have proven how strong their friendship is. There will also be a love triangle between them and Lucas played by Peyton Meyer. This will pose some trouble for the two which might not be resolved at once.
Aside from that, the next season will also "primarily feature new worlds, challenges, environments, and even a new love," Venture Capital Post wrote. It added that it is possible that there will be both deep and dark emotions in the show.
Show runners April Kelly and Michael Jacobs also showcased the realities behind the characters of the "Girl Meets World" Season 3. It is expected that there will be twists and turns that will add mystery to the season.
Even if many people are already having speculations of the season's plot, the whole concept is still left unknown. Season 2 of “Girl Meets World” will resume on January 8 next year while Season 3 is expected to air during the Spring of 2016.
