Zach Miller, the NFL tight end for "Seattle Seahawks", has reportedly dropped $2.17 million on a gorgeous sea-facing house in San Diego, Calif.
The Los Angeles Times broke news of the purchase noting that Bob Ruane of Beach Homes Real Estate was representing the property.
Property records show that the home went on and off the listing market several times before finally closing transaction. It last listed for $2.25 million.
The residence spans an area of 1,635 square feet and is comprised of three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The modern three-story residence boasts of an open plan adorned by glass walls, slider doors, drywall ceilings and lush hardwood flooring.
The home has unique living spaces including a state-of-the-art kitchen with a breakfast bar and decks opening out from every level of the residence.
Outside, the home has a fire-table lounge and a massive yard that can allow for ample recreation space.

Miller was drafted in the second round pick by the Oakland Raiders in 2007 and he played with the team until 2010.
In 2011, Miller was traded to the Seattle Seahawks on a 5-year, $34 million contract. The tight end won a championship ring at the Super Bowl XLVIII last year when the Seahawks defeated the Denver Broncos.
Currently, Miller is under rest after undergoing an ankle surgery and is not expected to be back this week either. Miller will have missed three consecutive games.
