Aaron Rowand, the former MLB outfielder, has reportedly listed his home in Las Vegas for sale with an asking price of $6.39 million.
Property records show that Rowand purchased the home for $574,845 in 2009, while he was playing with the San Francisco Giants. Rowand was traded to the Giants from The Philadelphia Phillies. The Giants signed him on for a five-year $60 million contract. Rowand won his second World Series championship with the team.
The residence in question here is being marketed by Julie Baecker of Simply Vegas. The house spans an area of 10,948 square feet and has five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.
