John Legend, the "All of me" hitmaker and his supermodel wife Chrissy Teigen, have reportedly put their Los Angeles home for sale asking $1.99 million.
The couple is selling because the home feels small for them now. Legend told The Wall Street Journal that they were "to expand a little bit" and would like a slightly bigger place.
But that doesn't mean they don't love the house.
"If we could have the twice-as-big version of this place, we would get it. We love the feel of this home," Legend told the publication.
The residence in question here is a 1,998-square-foot, single-family home with plush interiors. The house has been featured on Architectural Digest and Oprah's Next Chapter.
The three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms are encompassed in a modern floor plan with lots of open spaces.
The home gives off a very Zen vibe with Basalt stone and baked oak flooring along will glass walls and high cathedral ceilings.
The main living area is a combined drawing and dining space that also has a modern open eat-in kitchen.
Outside, the home has ample lounging areas with a few water features and car parking facility as well.
Steven Moritz of Sotheby's International Realty is marketing the property. The place has been described as a "hidden gem" and a "one-of-a-kind" "ultimate" sanctuary.

Last year, Legend sold a condo in New York City and bought a bigger home in the Little Italy area of the Big Apple. He has been traveling for his tour and used to commute to and fro LA and NYC.
Now that the couple wants to move to a bigger place, they are probably gearing up to start a family. Last month, Teigen said in an interview:
"I want a huge family. We want a lot of kids. When it happens, it happens. For us it's hard because he's on the road so much and I'm working. People think it happens so easily ... but the stars really have to align to have a baby and it is a little miracle so when it happens ... we will be so happy."
But what does home life usually feel with the super-romantic John Legend?
"He's a very romantic guy, but he's still a dude; he's still a guy. Everyone assumes that he's so, 'Oh my god, he just sings to her all the time.' No. We have a real life together where we're picking up dog poop and he's scrubbing the floors because I dropped a bottle," she told HollywoodLife.com.
