iPhone 7 Plus Specs, Price And Release Date & Rumors: Apple’s New Smartphone Set To Be Unveiled in Sept. 2016, To Be the Thinnest iPhone Ever

A new report about iPhone 7 has surfaced, saying that tech giant Apple Inc. is planning to launch the company's next-generation smartphone in September 2016.It was said that the soon-to-be-released smartphone will be considered as the "thinnest" device among the iPhone product lines, a report from Tech Times said.

According to the site, there have been several reports about Apple's upcoming smartphone prior to the official release of the latest devices, iPhone 6s and 6s Plus. It was said that iPhone 7 will be powered with the company's new mobile hexa-core A10 chip and in terms of RAM, the device is expected to have a 2GB of range.

Parent Herald reports that the Cupertino-based company has assured its loyal fans that the next smartphone that it will launch will definitely exceed the expectations of Apple users. Recent rumors suggest that iPhone 7 is expected to have a new all-metal design that features a "bezeless" display.  Aside from this, the device will be resistant to both dust and water, a feature which is lacking to the previous iPhones.

"Moreover, rumor has it that iPhone 7 will feature a glass-on-glass screen that could lead to better resolution, which is more in line with that found in several Android devices. Also, as expected, the upcoming new iPhone handset might also possess more than its share of camera enhancing tweaks, which include optical image stabilization. Furthermore, iPhone 7 is reported to be equipped with an evolved multi-Force Touch option and a dual camera set-up that was told to be developed since the making of iPhone 6s. Thus, it is also expected to have the same price range with iPhone 6s," the report said.

"The iPhone 7 Plus could arrive featuring a $1,000 to $1,200 price tag. It is a steep price, but given the fact that it might tout notable feature and specs, the price could be well worth the experience this phone is going to offer. Needless to say, the price may vary from one country to another and may depend on the internal memory sizes of each variant," Tech Times said.
