Lou Amundson, the NBA power forward who recently signed with the Cleveland Cavaliers, is reportedly leasing out his home in Manhattan Beach, Calif., for $7,500 a month.
Property records show that Amundson bought the residence for $1.80 million in July this year. Jenny Morant of Coldwell Banker Residential represented Amundson in the deal and also has the rental listing, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The home is a 2,536-square-foot, single-family house that has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
Interiors of the home feature carpeted, stone-tiled and hardwood flooring along with high exposed-beam ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows with slider doors.
Living spaces include a laid-back living room, a separate dining area, and a modern eat-in kitchen with custom storage spaces. The living room gives access to the open deck outside. A family room is also a part of the property. The master suite has walk-in-closets and an en-suite luxury bathroom too.
The home also provides for a 4-car parking space. Below is an excerpt from the sales pitch:
"Your chance to live in a famous LA Times Hot Property! This unique Mid-Century Modern corner lot house is a rare find in Manhattan Beach's desirable Tree Section."
"Designed with heavy influences from Gregory Ain and Richard Neutra, this home feels like a classic Hollywood Hills Mid-Century Modern gem," the description adds.

Amundson just signed a one-year, non-guarantee deal with the Cleveland Cavaliers. He has played eight teams in eight years and averaged 3.6 points and 3.5 rebounds. His agency announced the deal via twitter last month.
"Congrats @LouAmundson17 on signing with the @cavs! We're excited for you Louuuuuu!"
Amundson is the latest veteran to join the team. Earlier this year, LeBron James made international headlines with his move to the Cavaliers from Miami Heat. James is selling his Miami mansion for $17 million.
