It has been three months since "Pokemon Go" has been announced and fans have been nothing but excited about any news story that discusses the new augmented reality mobile game. Just recently, Niantic released a trailer that pushed fans' excitement to a higher level, and the questions about the game's release date has also been raised once again.
Release date rumors about "Pokemon Go" are all over the web and there are sources that say that the game will be available for free download as soon as the "Pokemon Z" gets released. However, there are stronger rumors about a February 2016 release as this shall be the time when Pokemon will celebrate its 20th anniversary. Unfortunately, the rumored release dates for "Pokemon Go" has not been backed up by its developers just yet. The good thing though, is that Niantic's John Hanke and Mike Quigley recently went on an interview to give people more details about the game itself. They also answered some questions about "Pokemon Go".
In the said interview, it was revealed that the Pokemon monsters can be spotted in various places worldwide, and the Pokemon type also varies from place to place. For example, in areas near water, you can spot a water Pokemon. Also, the developers revealed that the game will be similar to the other augmented reality game "Ingress" which is largely online and location sensitive as well. Furthermore, the game developers said that the game allows its players to find a Pokemon within minutes after leaving their houses, although of course, the ones that they find may not be very rare.
Also, "Pokemon Go" players can join different events that the game developers will organize to allow gamers to do an inter location trade in of their Pokemon. It was also mentioned that "Pokemon Go" will feature gyms, which is a typical destination in most Pokemon games.
