'Samsung Galaxy S7' News, Specs: New Samsung Device Features 4 GB RAM, Iris Scanner, Fingerprint Sensor

Finally, a full specs sheet for the "Samsung Galaxy S7". We have been fed a numerous amount of "Samsung Galaxy S7" rumors over the past months and now, GSMarena finally produced a full specs sheet for the device. It's worth noting however that the phone is still categorized as rumored with an expected announcement and release date of 2016 Q1.

"Samsung Galaxy S7"  Display, Dimensions

The upcoming Samsung flagship is expected to have a body dimension of 5.65 x 2.79 x 0.27 in and a Super AMOLED capacitive screen that is 5.1 inch in size. It was said that the resolution would be 1440 x 2560 pixels and the PPI ratio would be an impressive 576 pixels per inch. The phone will be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5, back and front and it will also have a Force Touch display.

"Samsung Galaxy S7" will be running the latest Android OS that is the Marshmallow and it will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 or Exynos 8 Octa 8890, depending on which variant gets released in your area.
