Megastar Sharon Cuneta of the Philippines has listed on the market her megamansion in Calabasas, CA.
The Calabasas mansion in Southern California of the famous Filipino singer, host, actress, and TV personality is up for sale for $2.2 million.
The singer, actress and host may have had a change of heart on her property over the past several years. But in 2014, the megastar posted photos of the six-bedroom home on Facebook, describing it, "Home, Thousands of miles away. Our 'happy place,'" adding an emoticon of a smiling face.
Built in 1997, there's plenty to smile around this cozy mansion. The 6,610-square-foot mansion has a high note that features an elegant marble entry, custom library, chef's kitchen with a breakfast room, family room, numerous bedrooms, and a formal living room with fireplace as reported by the Realtor news.
The mansion is abundant with entertainment options. The outside of the estate has an expansive lawn, a covered patio, a grill, a pool and spa, plus a waterfall.
According to Fox News report, the Filipino singer had a connection to the area. Sharon Cuneta used to perform to a sold-out concert in Los Angeles in 2005 and had spoken that someday she will retire in the U.S.
Despite the perks of living in the U.S., maybe for the 49-year-old mother, she may still call the Philippines her home.
Meanwhile, when Sharon Cuneta house in Wack-Wack in the Philippines was newly built and was featured in a broadsheet. The theme color of the house was yellow, as reflected in the walls and furniture. It also has a huge infinity pool in the backyard.
The house was featured again in the Yes magazine on its April 2010 issue. But this time, after its renovation, the new color scheme is muted and warm, making the interiors of the house look cozy and welcoming. The big infinity pool was redesigned to a smaller one to make way for more garden space.
