It has been reported by Variety that Tom Cruise is indeed selling his UK mansion for a hefty price of £4,950,000. In dollar conversion, the price of the mansion would be $7,385,150. It was said that he and his third ex-wife, Katie Holmes use to own the place. They got it in 2006 to which they paid around $4.75 million for.

The beautiful four story mansion is located north of Dormans Park, East Grinstead, West Sussex. The location was said to be just a few miles away from the Headquarters of the frequently criticized and controversial Church of Scientology. Mr. Cruise is known to be one of those outspoken celebrities and a dedicated member of the said church.

The lovely estate features, a highly secured place with cameras for surveillance. The land area is 14.2 acre, with manicured lawns. The measurement of the mansion is 11,331-square feet. There are five to six bedrooms, the masters being a 33-foot long with a balcony access. There are five full bathrooms and three others that are half. It has a 900-plus square foot living area with an elegant fireplace. There is also a library on the secondary living room on one side and a family room of the other side.

Other areas of the mansion includes a laundry room, a dance studio that can serve as a gym, a partially paneled game room and a screening room. There is also a heated outdoor pool for relaxation.
