It was said that he and his third ex-wife, Katie Holmes use to own the place. They got it in 2006 to which they paid around $4.75 million for.
The beautiful four story mansion is located north of Dormans Park, East Grinstead, West Sussex. The location was said to be just a few miles away from the Headquarters of the frequently criticized and controversial Church of Scientology. Mr. Cruise is known to be one of those outspoken celebrities and a dedicated member of the said church.
The lovely estate features, a highly secured place with cameras for surveillance. The land area is 14.2 acre, with manicured lawns. The measurement of the mansion is 11,331-square feet. There are five to six bedrooms, the masters being a 33-foot long with a balcony access. There are five full bathrooms and three others that are half.
