‘Alaskan Bush People’ Update & Spoilers: Fraud Case Hearing Moved to January 2016, Browntown Has Visitor [WATCH]

The Brown family of Discovery's reality TV show "Alaskan Bush People" are going to appear in court again in January for a change of plea hearing.

The status hearing was initially scheduled last Tuesday but it was postponed and moved to Jan. 11 at 2 p.m., Alaska Dispatch News said.

The Brown family is facing criminal charges which question how long they have actually lived in Alaska. The 63-year-old patriarch Billy, his 52-year-old wife Ami, and four of their children were sued in October 2014 "with a total of 60 counts of first-degree unsworn falsification and first- and second-degree theft linked to Permanent Fund dividend applications submitted from 2010 to 2013."

According to Examiner, Billy and his son Joshua, 31, had initially pled guilty and admitted that they had not lived in the Last Frontier for a long period of time. The plea, however, has been rejected so there is going to be another hearing. While the case against Billy and Ami have been dismissed, the whole family is not yet cleared of the charges. A judge believes the family's actions deserve some jail time.

Meanwhile, the "Alaskan Bush People" is now on its third season on Discovery and will be back with an all-new episode tonight. Last week, fans were kind of disappointed not to see a fresh installment when the network aired re-runs of the previous episodes. The replay episode last Wednesday looked back at the time when the Brown family first established the Browntown and how they built their "dream house."

"Alaskan Bush People" Season 3 Episode 7 is titled "Alarmed & Dangerous" and the synopsis reads, "The four eldest Brown brothers prepare for a second solo mission with hopes of redeeming themselves; visitors arrive in Browntown."

The promo video reveals that the unwanted visitor is a big bear and it had ransacked the house. Matt, 32, is going to track the bear because it might return again and no one wants that to happen. Watch the clip below:
