Jennifer Lopez's NYC Apartment Hunt Finally Stops At…

Jennifer Lopez, the "Booty" hitmaker, has finally zeroed in on a pricey and plush apartment in Manhattan, New York City, after days of roaming the city for the perfect residence.

The New York Post broke news of the final deal, but added that the paid price is yet to be revealed. JLo chose a $22 million penthouse apartment in a East 26th Street building. The Latina crooner will now have Chelsea Clinton and family as neighbors.

JLo settled for the penthouse apartment on the building which was last asking $22 million. The residence offers 6,540-square-feet of living space and has four bedrooms and six full and two half bathrooms.

Interiors of the house show light hardwood flooring, French doors and windows and high tray ceilings.

Encompassed in an expansive floor plan is an open-concept living and dining space. The floor plans of the duplex home show that the lower level has the office, three bedrooms, a laundry and the massive modern kitchen. There is a terrace balcony too.

The upper level is comprised of the master bedroom and an elevated lounge level with open roof-top terrace spaces.

The listing describes the place as:

"With over 6,500 square feet of interior space and four terraces totaling over 3,000 square feet this sprawling home features exquisite finishes, an Arclinea chef's kitchen, ceiling heights up to 12'4", and direct views onto Madison Square Park."

"This boutique condominium features a full time doorman, gym, private storage, and key-locked elevators with private elevator landings," it adds.

The post followed JLo's real estate trail quite thoroughly and so did we.
