'Haikyuu' Season 2 Success Continues; Releases New Promotional Video [WATCH]

Anime News Network announces that "Haikyuu," a Japanese anime series, has generated a lot of positive comments and praises from fans, making it a blockbuster in the anime world recently. Meanwhile, a new promotional video has been released online.

With "Haikyuu"'s fans embracing this anime series well, not to mention its successful outcome in the entertainment niche, Production I.G. Studio recalls that it didn't take too long for them to wait for the release of Season 2.

Having premiered in the fall of 2015, this 25-episode anime series captured the hearts of the audience especially the new generation of manga fanatics.

To have topped a notch higher than other manga series only shows that "Haikyuu", in its title itself, is not all there is. Writers and producers see to it that the show won't just be a typical anime television show.

When Will shares that what really won the hearts of the audience are the characters in the series, their traits, and the relationship they have with others. The production team injected some drama into the show specifically into the relationships of teammates and other competitors, turning this simple volleyball team story into a much more exciting show everybody will love.

Comments from When Will say that this second season did not disappoint, not just the young generation of viewers, but also the anime fanatics for its great quality. Producers incorporate a feminine character in the series to add some spice in the dish. The boys won't just be spending their time training then.

Here's a new promotional video that started streaming online last Monday, featuring Burnout Syndrome's "Fly High!!" for the anime's second opening.

The team's successes and failures in their volleyball journey are indisputably worth watching. This second season is more of depicting how dedicated the team is in training. Their victories then will most probably be featured in Season 3.

"Haikyuu" Season 2 premiered last Oct. 4 and has 25 episodes. Its airing is still ongoing but rumors already suggest that the third season will be released in the spring of 2016.
