Jeremy Renner is demanded to render $13, 000 a month for child support. This is one of the settlement agreements in his final divorce paper.
Divorce court documents cited that Renner, who has a daughter with Sonni Pacheco, will also give five percent more when he exceeds $2.3 million worth of earnings in a year, TMZ reported. His model-actress wife with whom he shared relationship with for 10 months will not receive in financial support.
Renner and Pacheco will share child custody, but “The Avengers” actor who will celebrate his 45th birthday on Jan. 7 will retain most of his personal possessions.
Renner, who is highly considered a private person, married Pacheco from Pitt Meadows in January 2014. The marriage was not publicly acknowledged immediately by neither of the party involved, until the actor’s “Kill the Messenger” film screening in September held in Washington, D.C. The daughter was born in March 2013. Pacheco, who initiated the divorce, filed the papers in December 2014. According to her, he and husband Renner separated in November 2014.
“The Hurt Locker” actor who was nominated for an Academy Award’s Best Actor for the same 2009 film and supporting actor the following year for “The Town”, shared with Playboy that their divorce legal proceedings is wearing him out.
“I haven’t slept more than four hours a night in the past week. My skin’s breaking out. I’ve got dark circles under my eyes. I’m dehydrated. I felt pretty insecure walking into a photo shoot this morning, and I was running late because I had just gotten out of my fourth deposition for the divorce,” Renner said.
Ava, the daughter, and Renner has remained to share a strong bond, the actor added. He emphasized that if there are things that take him away from seeing or spending time with his daughter like finishing a film, he acknowledges it as an obstacle. He further explained that regardless of how much the “obstacle” offers him financially speaking, he will forever prefer his daughter over all other matters.
