Property records show that Davis first listed the home in July for $839,000 and the home sold by the first week of August, marking a pretty quick sale. Panos Papadopoulos, Hermes Inter. Estates & Realty was Davis' agent while the buyer was represented by Loni Wiener of Rodeo Realty- Brentwood.

The house has a formal living space, a modern kitchen and a spacious master suite with an en-suite luxe bathroom.

Davis was drafted by the 49ers in 2006 and he has stuck on with the team since his debut. The talented tight end has been a two-time pro bowl winner and has never failed to get a ranking in the top 100 players in the NFL since 2011.
But, of late Davis has been on the back foot. He has missed catches and is recovering from injuries. Experts suggest Davis' position be revaluated for the futire games.
"It doesn't mean that the team needs to trade, cut or release Davis. It simply means that they need to evaluate his position. At one point this was not even a second thought, but clearly is something that needs to be addressed," Jerrell Richardson wrote for Sacramento CBS Local.
"Davis is coming off an injury and admitted that he is not quite 100%. As his role in the offense has diminished, if not 100%, there should be a strong consideration to sit him or at least share the duties. The past two games have seen the offense go out of its way to try and get him the ball, resulting in drops and/or stalled offensive drives," he added.
