'Game Of Thrones' Season 6 Spoilers: Photo Of Isaac Hempstead Wright's Bran Stark Released

"Game of Thrones" season 6 will introduce a more grown-up Bran Stark when the show returns to HBO next year.

In an interview with The Irish Examiner back in July, Isaac Hempstead Wright confirmed that his character will be back on the show.

"I can't say a lot but I am back this season, and it's going to get particularly interesting with Bran. He has some interesting visions," he said.

Meanwhile, Entertainment Weekly just dropped a photo of Bran, the second youngest Stark boy.

Back in season 4, Bran reached the Heart Tree with his escorts. However, before setting foot in the cave, his entire team was attacked by an army of wights.

Luckily, Bran, Hodor and Meera were saved by a one of the children of the forest. The latter introduced them to a Three-Eyed Raven.

While speaking with the mythical creature, Bran asked the Raven to help restore his legs, but he informed him that he could no longer walk.

Bran got a tad bit emotional with what the Raven said, but he was surprised when he was told that he will learn how to fly.

During an interview, Wright revealed his thoughts regarding Bran's fate in season 6.

"The obvious thought would be dragons because things that fly in Westeros tend to be dragons. But I'm not sure how that would work. Or maybe it's through the roots of trees or something. Maybe it's some kind of bizarre metaphor. I don't know. I'll have to pop George R. R. Martin an email and see what he means by it," he said.

Last year, executive producer David Benioff explained why they decided to not include Bran in season 5.

According to him, "Ideally that wouldn't have gotten out and it's unfortunate it did. The fact is, even though we're making changes to the books and adapting as necessary, we're trying to keep the various storylines the same as the books and trying to keep them roughly chronologically parallel," he said.

"Game of Thrones" season 6 will premiere on HBO in April 2016.
