London Real Estate News: Place to Live in the UK with the Highest Salary, Most Sunshine and Least Traffic

If one desires a high-paying job in a place or where rain is infrequent, least traffic and with most sunshine, all of these can find it in some parts of the UK.

The north-east Hampshire district has topped the survey for the fifth consecutive year, where the residents are healthy and happy, with high employment, strong average earnings and pleasant weather.

South Oxfordshire has claimed the second place and the third place went to Chiltern.

With regards to weekly earnings, Kensington and Chelsea have the highest at £1,238.

London has three highest-paid areas, with the residents earning £1,023, £979 and £1,238.957 per week respectively.

In the UK, there is no place that has eliminated joblessness, but Winchester has the highest employment rate with about 87.4 percent of people have regular work as reported by Telegraph media.

If wanting to avoid traffic all day, then move to the Outer Hebrides, where people see only 69 cars for every square kilometer.

For those who want to live in a place where rain is not frequent, move to Castle Point, which covers Hadleigh, Canvey Island, South Benfleet and Thundersley.

Malaysian Digest reported that if one wants to settle in a place where there is always sunshine to give people the best tan, the Isle of Wight is the place to go. In a week, there is about 36.9 hours of rays shine here, compared to nationwide average of 29.5 hours.

If looking for a place to enjoy a stress free life, Nuneaton and Bedworth in North Warwickshire has the least anxiety level of 1.8 out of 10.

According to the data from the Office for National Statistics, residents in Fermanagh and Omagh in Northern Ireland are the nation's happiest people. The people living in these places have a life satisfaction score of 8.4 out of 10 and a rating in happiness of 8.26 out of 10.

Dover residents are the unhappiest, with a score of 7.03 out of 10.
