New MacBook Air Coming Out This Summer Of 2016

Latest rumors in the tech world suggests that the new MacBook Air will be 13 inches and 15 inches in size and is set to be released in spring or summer of 2016.

Taking cue from MacWorld, here are the rumored MacBook Air 2016 details so far:

MacBook Air Price

The new MacBook Air will cost more than it does when it was launched. Price starts at €749 ($814) for an 11-inch MacBook Air while the 13-inch model entry level costs €849 ($922). If the 11-inch MacBook is phased out from the group, the 13-inch model will decrease to the same level of price as that of the 11-inch model.

Specs and Features

The new MacBook Air is said to be very light and thin. Its internal specs are enhanced and apparently, according to the Economic Daily News, the newest model will feature cooling modules, new batteries and chassis. It will also likely to feature RAM upgrades, graphics and Intel Sky lake processors.

Retina Display

The rumor that the new MacBook Air will have a Retina display has been circulating around for the longest time.

The 15-inch MacBook Air is perhaps to feature a Retina display while the other 13-inch model will lack a high resolution display but will be available in a much lower price. The price would come similar to the latest price of the 11-inch MacBook Air.

Touch ID and Force Touch

Rumors also suggest that the New MacBook Air within its track pad will boast a Touch ID, it may also get to have the upgrade of the 13-inch MacBook Pro on its Force touch.

Touch ID (a fingerprint sensor) is a feature that is very important to make Apple Pay safe and secure. It's built in the Home Button of Apple's iPhone 6, iPhone Plus and iPhone 5s.

Apple fans continue to hope that the rumored Retina display of MacBook Air will finally be launched anytime soon.
