Colton Haynes, one of the stars of the popular hit series, "Arrow," has responded to a fan about his sexuality and it seems that it has created more speculations. The same conjectures have been running around for years but this is the closest he has admitted to it, if you can call it that. He was hailed from Kansas and has a gay brother named Joshua Haynes.
People reports that way back December, the actor has opened up about his continuous battle with anxiety and now, he has confirmed something about his sexuality, well, sort of.
On Saturday, Jan. 2, a Tumbler user has posted something about Colton, which made him excited although it has nothing to do with him, about finding out "Colton Haynes had a secret gay past." He added, "I got so excited even though i know it makes absolutely no difference in my life."
The actor was quick to respond, stating, "Was it a secret? Let's all just enjoy life & have no regrets :)," on his own Tumblr account.
Meanwhile, E! reports that the "Arrow" actor has always been active and popular in social media. After his comment, Twitter had another explosion. One user posted, @Braddey_, "If Colton Haynes has just come out of the closet then the gay world just scored major life points."
Yet another one user added (@manewick), "Did Colton Haynes just come out on Tumblr?!"
Prior to Saturday's Tumblr exchange, the Colton the Teen Wolf alum has shared his excitement for the coming year when he posted on his Twitter account. The post says, "can't wait to live a happy/healthy life this year."
He also rang the New Year with some close friends in Miami as shown by some of the photos he has shared to his followers.
In a way, Haynes has shown that it is better to live a happy life without regrets regardless of one's sexuality. Don't you agree?
