Celebrity Home: “Pitch Perfect” Star Brittany Snow's $2.18 Million Worth Studio City Home

Studio City in Los Angeles welcomes a new neighbor, it is the "Pitch Perfect" star, Brittany Snow. According to Realtor, Snow just purchased a brand new Spanish-inspired house worth $2.18 million.

The house was reportedly built in 1938. It is now completely rebuild to its latest structure. It is a 3,830-square-foot, two-story house with five bedrooms. The interior of the house has its sophisticated and modern touch. It comes with a stylish "white-and-espresso-color."

Snow's house features oak floorings, beamed ceilings as well as a second floor veranda. As for the master bathroom, it has a beautiful and stylish marble works, a spacious walk-in shower and its very own white soaking tub. It has been reported that the house was not really custom built for Brittany. Back in August of last year, the house was already in the market for $2.17 million.

Meanwhile, over the holiday season, Brittany's love life seems to be in full bloom. According to E! Online, Brittany and filmmaker, Andrew Jenks are currently dating. The source said that the two are "casually dating as a new year quickly approaches."

Three days after Thanksgiving, Brittany and Andrew were spotted at the Madison Square Garden watching the New York Knicks vs. Houston Rockets basketball game.

Snow was in a two-year relationship with Tyler Hoechlin before they broke up just "a few months ago." One of the sources said that Snow broke up with Hoechlin last August before she left for Bulgaria. The break up happened just in time for Snow to shoot her the comedy flick, "The Late Bloomer."

Reportedly, it helped a lot that the shooting was in Bulgaria. The distance made it easier for Brittany to move on. As the source said, "When she got back, it was like starting over again. She's doing really well now."

According to Ace Showbiz, both Brittany and Andrew's representatives did not yet issue any statement regarding their "dating status."
