After being off the air for three years, the cast of "Private Practice" has reunited, and in Spain, no less! Kate Walsh, Taye Diggs, Caterina Scorsone, Paul Adelstein, and Amy Brenneman were just a few of the show's stars who were all in attendance at the wedding of fellow Shonda Rhimes veteran, Sergio Lopez-Rivera.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Lopez-Rivera tied the knot with Stephen Divenere just before the New Year. Sergio was the head makeup artist for "Private Practice" before embracing the same title for "How to Get Away With Murder."
Apparently, the wedding was such a lavish and joyous occasion set just beside the ocean. Based on one of Walsh's many Instagram snaps, the wedding was at Santander, in the northern coast of Spain.
"Look, I've just spent the last week @ my pals wedding in Spain, surrounded by real, deep love, jamòn & some of the best cans in the business," Walsh tweeted after posting several photos with her "Private Practice" family.
Not only that, but Kate Walsh also shared an adorable photo of the newlyweds! "My friends, my loves, #sergio&stephenforever," she wrote.
Kate also shared a photo of herself with Adelstein, Brenneman and Scorsone on Instagram. The caption read, "Happy new year! We r in Spain & ate 12 grapes!"
Meanwhile, Scorsone shared a photo on Instagram, captioned, "Starting out 2016 surrounded by so much love, laughter and friendship. #keepitcoming."
In another photo, Caterina shared yet another Instagram pic with Taye Diggs, Amy Brenneman, and Kate Walsh by the beach. "So, magic came to meet us at the beach," she wrote.
"Private Practice" was a spin-off of ABC's hit drama series, "Grey's Anatomy." The show followed the life of neonatal surgeon Addison Montogomery, played by Kate Walsh, in the west coast. The show was on air from 2007 until 2013, as reported by E! News.
