A "Thank You Note" sent by director J.J. Abrams, Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy, and producer Bryan Burk to "Star Wars: Episode VII" cast and crew has revealed information on a secret filming location used for the film.
According to a photo of the note posted by James Rose over Twitter, it has been confirmed that part of the movie was filmed at the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire.
"From the deserts of Abu Dhabi, to the Forest of Dean, to the stages of Pinewood, you have risen to every challenge and been as wonderfully kind as you are brilliantly talented," said the note.
