"Teen Wolf" Season 5 is close to airing its second half after airing its midseason finale episode last Aug. 2015. When the MTV series returns on TV, what will happen to Scott, Stiles and the rest of the Pack?

"Teen Wolf" Season 5 is set to return on TV on Tuesday, Jan. 5 on MTV with an episode titled "The Last Chimera." The events from its latest episode before the midseason hiatus definitely left a lot of fans wanting to see what happens next to Scott (Tyler Posey), Stiles (Dylan O'Brien), Malia (Shelley Hennig), Lydia (Holland Roden), and the rest of the Pack.
In an interview with TVGuide.com on the set of "Teen Wolf," the cast and crew shared some interesting details about the second half of Season 5. Holland Roden shared that while Lydia may greatly help the Pack conquer the Dread Doctors and the new beast that's lurking in Beacon Hills, Lydia will continue to get stuck in Eichen House.
"The more she gets grounded the more they have to contain her in some small, cold, often not very clean room... she's very much the central piece of the puzzle," she said.
Malia, on the other hand, will continue to keep her eyes on the Desert Wolf despite the fact that her desire for revenge has driven a wedge between her and Stiles. This led to speculations that "Teen Wolf" Season 5 may ultimately see the Stiles and Lydia aka 'Stydia' pairing that fans have been waiting for.
Meanwhile, Tyler Posey told The Wrap in a recent interview that his character, Scott, has reached his darkest phase last season when he was killed and then brought back to life. Posey revealed that Scott is now left with the task of bringing the Pack back together.
