"Suits" Season 5 is only a couple of few weeks left before its return on USA Network with an episode titled "Blowback," which will air on Jan. 27. Many fans have been excitedly waiting for the show's return, especially after that nail-biting midseason finale.
In the midseason finale episode titled "Faith," which aired last Aug. 26, Mike was arrested for fraud just when he resigned from the firm and was preparing for his wedding with Rachel. Many fans were boggled to know who turned Mike in to the authorities and came up with several names in mind.
Showrunner Aaron Korsh recently told TVGuide.com, as reported by Carter Matt, that there is definitely a long list of names that may be suspected of handing Mike in to the authorities. The showrunner also admitted that he does not know whether or not the audience will be surprised by the revelation of this person's identity, but he and the writers came up with a different answer.
While everyone else is caught up with the "Who turned Mike in?" question, many fans also wondered how this will affect Mike and Rachel's relationship. While this will definitely put their relationship to a test, Korsh revealed that they could still have their wedding but "they're certainly not gonna have it in the same form."
Speaking of Mike's arrest, actor Patrick J. Adams revealed in an earlier interview that he was relieved now that Mike's secret is finally out, Design & Trend reported. The actor, who portrays the role of Mike Ross in "Suits," shared that he felt like the revelation should have been done two seasons ago.
"There was a little bit of treading water for my character, not purposely, but I was always trying to find new ways to make him interesting," he said.
