The name of the place Ren-ren Xiang Restaurant. Andrew Stevens of CNN physically went there to try it out and he explained how the restaurant works. He described that people who likes to offer their friends a bite to eat, in Ren-ren Xiang, it slightly a little different experience using the widest messaging app in china, the WeChat.

This restaurant in Beijing China that does not have any waiters or waitresses at all. Instead, they take orders from the smartphones and let their customers do a little self-service taking the food from the counter themselves and placing them on the table where they're supposed to eat, including the taking back of the dishes to where it's supposed to be.

The waitresses are being replaced with an app in this restaurant. He will need to use his smart phone top order, using the restaurant's ordering app, WeChat. First off he pulls up the menu from the app and chooses the food he wants to eat. He will then be given a number and will be required to wait for 5 minutes. During those time, the cook in the kitchen will be preparing his meal. After 5 minutes, his number will be called and he will have to go to the counter to get his food and serve it on his own table. This kind of systems means having to be done away with the waiter.

Stevens interviewed the restaurant owner named Liu Zhen, and he seem to cut his overhead expenses with the 4 No's in his restaurant: "no waitress, no cashier, no merchandiser, and no chef, "he said, "I did this because I'm following the technology development trend in China."In this modern world where our excessive use of smart phones are being frowned upon because it lessens the opportunity for face to face conversations.
