Atlanta Real Estate: The Incredible Ansley Park Glass House in Atlanta Has an Asking Price of $3.9M After Expansion

The incredible Ansley Park Glass House in Atlanta is being offered for the first time since its expansion in 2008, with an asking price of $4 million.

Situated a few blocks from Piedmont Park, this 7,741-square-foot contemporary stunner is a blend of Old South elegance, but somehow doesn't clash like polyester and seersucker.

According to a Curbed report, the local firm BLDGS Architects, placed several additions to the house built in 1910. The glass house has features of glass-lined living spaces, a library, a soaring kitchen, a garage, a floating M.C. Escher-like staircase which links three levels up, and a roof deck with glass guard rails, clerestories and panoramic skyline views.

Other highlights of the stunning glass house include space-age zinc sliding, Miele appliances, a backyard pool, and a tucked-away guest house.

The property will be yours for a mortgage payment of $15,000.

This enviable glass house has large windows, and some of them are so wide that they look like the walls of the house.

The glass is the main thing that people like about this place, and it was found out that there are many interesting elements to it.

This interesting Ansley Park Glass House is owned by architects Brian Bell and David Yocum, and is located in a historic neighborhood in Atlanta, as reported by Fres Home news.

When this 1910 house was renovated by the architecture company, it turned into a comfortable living space.

With its dark colors, it has a mysterious feeling which is softened by the presence of the large windows, allowing the passers by a chance to glimpse inside.

This stunning glass house in Atlanta is the work of Atlanta-based BLDGS Architects. The rear of the home shows the new glass and steel structure that were added to the 1910 house.

The new additions made by BLDGS Architects include a family room, a kitchen, a garage, and a new staircase that links to the three levels of the house. Outdoor space on all levels were also added as part of the new design.
