Actress Tina Fey and her husband Jeff Richmond purchased another New York Home for $9.1 million.
New York Curbed reports that the "Mean Girls" star purchased an Upper West Side apartment for $9.51 million, which is greater from the original $7.5 million asking price from Douglas Elliman's Rosalie Liebman. The apartment has a total of four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms and is conveniently located directly above their identical co-op, which the couple also owns in the same building. The said apartment also has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.
Fey and Richmond reportedly purchased the apartment because they are planning to reconstruct the place and turn it into one major duplex. The Observer reports that the apartment includes two wood-burning fire places and also 22 new windows. It also has a private elevator landing. However, according to the site, the place has a pre-war motif but is hardly shabby for one's taste.
Aside from "Mean Girls," Fey also starred in numerous comedy films like "Date Night" in 2010 and "Baby Mama" in 2008. She was also in the critically acclaimed NBC comedy series "30 Rock" from 2006 to 2013. She received 8 Emmy Awards, 2 Golden Globe Awards, 5 Screen Actors Guild Awards and 4 Writers Guild of America Awards for her work in the movie industry and also as a writer and performer in "Saturday Night Live." She also released her autobiographical book "Bossypants" back in 2011, which became a bestseller for five weeks.
According to Celebrity Net Worth Fey has a current net worth of $45 million. She earned $500,000 per episode when she did "30 Rock" and earned a total of $13 million in 2011 from her book sales and executive producing alone.
