American professional basketball player for the Phoenix Suns of the National Basketball Association Tyson Chandler is selling his palatial mansion located in Hidden Hills for $10 million, a report from The Realtor said.
According to the report, Chandler's real estate property is confined within a guard-gated community and sits on a massive 12,000 square-foot lot. The property is being handled by listing agent Jordan Cohen.
"Since buying the mansion in August 2010 for $5.45 million, the All-Star center has put his mark on it, creating a detached man cave/theater room, a gym, and a barn with facilities to keep horses on the 1.36-acre estate. The house sits on a nearly 12,000-square-foot home and has six bedrooms and seven full bathrooms along with four half-baths. A guest apartment features its own kitchen and living room. Other upscale amenities in the main portion of the home include six fireplaces, a paneled library, wine closet, a custom pool and spa area as well as an outdoor kitchen and rose garden," the report said.
The popular basketball player has secured a four-year contract with the Suns back in July last year. It has been reported that the contract is worth $52 million. It was said that his professional basketball career began in 2001 when played for the Chicago Bulls.
"Truly, the Hidden Hills residence is a sight to behold basing on the images shown on the site. Interior details showcase soaring ceilings, an airy ambiance, intricate accents, recessed lighting, French doors, a fireplace, wooden flooring, use of carpets, ornate hanging lights and an elegant color motif. Outdoors, a lounge, a swimming pool equipped with a spa and carefully maintained landscaping complete the grounds," Latin Post noted.
