American TV host, television director and dancer Alfonso Ribeiro is selling his palatial mansion located in Toluca Lake for $1.449 million. It can be recalled that he purchased a new residence on Granada Hills last year, thus leaving behind his longtime home in Toluca Lake, a report from Los Angeles Times said.
According to the report, Ribeiro's residence is a two-story Traditional style property that was built back in 1941. The mansion is tucked away from the major street and has a white picket fence. Future owners of the house will be amazed by the elegant and detailed molding of the property. The house features beautiful wood and tile floors and three fireplaces. It has a spacious family room, formal living room and dining room, as the whole property sits in more than 3,900 square feet of space.
The home's chef's kitchen has been featured in one of the television episodes of HGTV's "Kitchen Cousins." The house kitchen has a spacious and wide center island, a unique breakfast bar, a wine refrigerator that houses imported beverages, and a stone countertop.
"Five bedrooms and four bathrooms include a master suite complete with vaulted ceilings a step-up soaking tub. A guest studio adds a full kitchen and another bathroom. Outdoors, there's a swimming pool and an aboveground spa. A putting green and a detached two-car garage are also within the hedged and fenced grounds," the report said.
According to property records, Ribeiro bought the Toluca Lake property more than a decade ago for $729,000. It is being managed by Craig Strong, a listing agent of John Aaroe Group.
Meanwhile, Ribeiro's new residence located at Mediterranean in Granada Hills was described as a "party house" since it was built mainly for entertainment. The new mansion has "a wide outdoor dining room, a brick pizza oven, a kegerator, a basketball half-court and a swimming pool with swim-up bar."
Celebrity Net Worth reports that Alfonso Ribeiro has a net worth of $7 million dollars.
