Yolanda Foster is putting some real truth behind the saying, "out with the old, in with the new." Gigi Hadid's mother shared a pic on Instagram on Monday, where the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star is seen cleaning out some clutter from her home - as she prepares to move out of her mansion and into a new condo in Los Angeles, California.

51-year-old Foster has had a tough 2015: Not only is she still trying to win her battle with Lyme disease, but she's also going through a divorce from music producer David Foster, after four years of marriage.
Prior to the divorce announcement in December, David and Yolanda Foster sold their beachside Malibu mansion. According to Entertainment Tonight, the 12,000 square foot mansion was reportedly listed in February 2014, with an asking price of $27.5 million.
Probably using the money she earned from selling the Malibu home, Foster reportedly paid $4.59 million on her new condo in the 24-storey Carlyle Residences in Westwood, California.
Even though there's a huge difference in sizes, Foster's 4,000 square foot penthouse crib compensates for it with an amazing view of the city, as well as the Los Angeles skyline, as reported by Zillow.
As it turns out, Yolanda's new condo isn't too far away from her estranged husband's residence either. Separated by one building in between their condos, David lives in the high-rise apartment complex called The Californian.
Although it does seem a tad bit far-fetched, a source told the Daily Mail that Yolanda had another reason to pick The Carlyle Residences as her new home: "Clearly she's keeping tabs on David and wants to be in the same neighborhood of stores and restaurants as him."
The source could probably just be making an assumption, since the Fosters do seem to be in good terms in spite of the divorce - TMZ reports that David is still currently paying for Yolanda's medical bills.
