Who made it to the real estate celebrity hot list last 2015? These celebrities are already popular in their own stance in Hollywood and so are their properties. Johnny Depp, the late Michael Jackson, Miley Cyrus are just some of the well-known people who sold their properties last year.
The "Pirates of the Caribbean" star sold his property in St. Tropez last 2012. After he renovated the 12 building French Village in the south of France, Depp sold it after his split with then-wife Vanessa Paradis according to Rew-online.
People (via Cote D'Azur Sotheby's France chairman Alexander Kraft) detailed that "Johnny has decided to sell the Plan de la Tour property to close this chapter of his life and move on. He hopes that someone else will enjoy the property as much as he did and bring him or her the same happiness it brought him."
Last June 2015, it was reported that Depp's property entered the sale's list for a whopping amount of $25.919 million.
Another hot property for sale on the market is the late "Thriller's" 2,700 acres Neverland Ranch, Michael Jackson's late abode entered the market for the amount of $100 million. Although some of the famous rides of the ranch were removed, the property had some renovations which included "new ponds" and "a Zen garden" as stated by Inside Edition. Apart from this, the outlet also informed that Colony Capital now owns the property and the ranch now is known as Sycamore Valley Ranch.
Meanwhile, the former "Hannah Montana" actress home in Toluca Lake, Tennessee was sold last year with the amount of $5.995 million. This home was where Cyrus spent most of her years while portraying the Disney role "Hannah Montana."
LA Times notes some of the features that Cyrus' home, "Double doors mark the entrance to the home, giving way to a 21-foot-tall entry and a circular staircase set beneath a skylight. Interiors replete with beamed ceilings, scraped wood floors and patterned wall treatments have six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms in 8,700 square feet of space."
