Texas Real Estate News: Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Welcome Prudential Cooper Realty to its Real Estate Brokerage Network

Midland-based brokerage firm, Prudential Cooper Realty, is the newest addition to the real estate brokerage network of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, part of the HSF Affiliates LLC family of real estate brokerage franchise networks, and will now start to operate under the name Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Cooper Realty.

"We're proud to join Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, a brand whose namesake is Berkshire Hathaway Inc., one of the world's most trusted corporations," said Brian Cooper, owner of Prudential Cooper Realty. "We believe the combination of our brokerage and the brand will be a force in West Texas real estate."

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Cooper Realty was founded in 1988 and has been serving the greater Midland region ever since. In addition to their residential operations, the brokerage has been considered as a market leader in corporate relocations.

"Corporations, similar to individual real estate consumers, understand the marketing potential of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Clients today are looking for the brand's Cabernet-colored yard signs as symbols of top-quality service and innovation," said Rhonda Cooper, owner of Cooper Realty. Rhonda also said that all the business lines of their brokerage will gain benefits from the brand association.

According to their press release in Business Wire, agents of Cooper Realty will be able to gain access to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices' Global Network Platform - a suite of online tools, applications and services, in addition to the ongoing business consultation, professional education, national marketing support, and the exclusive Luxury Collection program for high-end and resort listings. Resources such as lead generation, a social media platform, a handy mobile app, and the Videolicious video-production app, can now also be utilized by the agents of Cooper Realty.

"The Global Network Platform will help our agents cover more ground with even greater efficiency," said Brian Cooper. "That's the best news for our home-buying and selling clients."

At present, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices has grown to more than 40,000 agents and 1,200 offices in 47 states.
