When Rosie O'Donnell bought a vacation property near the waterfront of West Palm Beach last summer for $4.975 million, some of her neighbors were annoyed. There's always lots of noise coming from the house and that is the reason why her neighbors are getting irritated.
Beautifully located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Florida, the six-bedroom home of O'Donnell has created noisy outdoor activities that have gotten into the nerves of her neighbors in the affluent Northwood Village community, as reported by Page Six news.
The source added, "Her kids are constantly out in the yard, in the pool or out on the water playing with their loud water toys."
As can be seen in O'Donnell's Instagram account, the family enjoyed the holidays at her Florida estate where they spent time jet skiing and boating.
In early 2015, Chelsea, the 18-year-old adopted daughter of O'Donnell, went missing before her announcement to abandon the former "The View" host to return to her biological mother.
The controversial former co-host of "The View" just purchased the 5,700-square-foot, five-bedroom, six-bathroom pad at 3100 North Flagler Drive, which is the city's most gay friendly area.
Over the past five years, there were four different owners who have lived in this house, but O'Donnell seems to stay long.
Gossip Extra news said that the waterfront home features a private guest house with a full bath and kitchen, a three-car garage, two indoor fireplaces, two loggias that contain an outdoor fireplace and cypress ceilings, a heated pool and spa, and a summer kitchen. The master suite on the first floor features an incredible state of the art Master bath, with a multi-head shower, two vanities with built in TVs, a soak tub, a massage room, and two large walk-in closets with lighted shoe shelvings. The chef's kitchen is equipped with a natural gas cook top, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a wine cooler.
Steve Davis, her listing agent, has said about O'Donnell that she loved the house from the moment she visited several months ago.
Davis added, "She loves the 180-foot frontage. She mentioned her son loves to fish and boat, and it's the perfect property for that."
