Actress Emily Blunt and her actor husband John Krasinski are selling their Hollywood Hills mansion for $8 million.
According to Los Angeles Times, the new listing follows the November 2015 listing the couple made for their home in Ojai. Blunt and Krasinski bought the property for $1.86 million back in 2009. The contemporary style house in Hollywood Hills West sits on more than a third of an acre and has been renovated and expanded into a Midcentury home. The property features floor-to-ceiling windows and also has brick accents. The kitchen is designed with Italian style cabinets and also has a wide center island.
The residence has a total of six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms which include a master suite with its own walk-in closet and also a spa-like master bathroom which has a soaking tub and marble countertops. The residence has a total of 4,700 square feet of open space which includes a media room, office and a wet bar. The living room and dining rooms have a free standing fireplace in the center.
The third floor of the mansion has a sliding glass door which opens to the rooftop patio that features a dining area, lounge and a fireplace. The property also has a formal landscape and a swimming pool which offers privacy for gatherings or parties.
Krasinski is known for his role as Jim Halpert on the comedy series "The Office," and he also appeared in the film "Aloha" with Bradley Cooper. He is said to appear in the upcoming film, "13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi." On the other hand, Blunt is known for her roles in "Sicario" and "Edge of Tomorrow."
