Charlie Puth had made a name for himself in the past year, thanks to his biggest hit "See You Again" that landed on the top charts and is still earning billion of views on YouTube. The 24-year-old recently moved into a new space after buying a Hollywood Hills' mansion for $1.9 million.
Puth's new crib is a four-bedroom, five-bath Mediterranean-style property that was constructed in 1954 in the Hollywood Hills' historic Whitley Heights neighborhood. The mansion boasts a city view and has undergone reconstruction over the years, Realtor reports. The singer's new home is spread in a 4,350-square-foot area with an open-plan design, French doors dark hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings.
The three-story Italianate-style home also features a number of balconies for a perfect viewing of the metro. Los Angeles Times cited that Puth's home has a master suite with two-sided fireplace, a walk-in closet and a sitting area. The mansion also features a modern kitchen with a wide breakfast bar leading to a living/dining room. Other features of the property include a second kitchen area, an office, a media room, and a personalized wine room.
The property has a nice covered and tiled patio that is placed above a swimming pool and a spa. Julie Jones of Sotheby's International Realty listed the property on the market in April for $2.895 million before the price was reduced to $1.999 million. It is said that the property had been in the market four years ago after it was sold for $1.875 million.
Puth has a reported net worth of $1.2 million, according to The Net Worth. A big contribution to his net worth came from his first studio album "Some Type Of Love" released in May 2015. The release of his collaboration with Wiz Khalifa, "See You Again," which was also a part of "Furious 7" soundtrack was a big success. Puth has yet to release his debut studio album, "Nine Track Mind," later this month.
