Debra Messing , the "Will & Grace" actress, has reportedly purchased a full-floor unit in an Upper East Side, New York City, building for $5.4 million.
The New York Post broke news of the purchase noting that Messing zeroed in on the home after much home hunting in the area.
The residence is a 9-room co-op that sits on the eighth floor of the 11-storey building. The house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms spread across the whole floor.
Floor plans of the home show a private entrance opening into a huge gallery. To the right of the gallery is the great living room and library.
To the left of the gallery are the bedrooms and the kitchen. The kitchen is a modern entertaining space with a mid-rise island and all update appliances.
The master bedroom has an en-suite plush bathroom. Right opposite to the master suite is a huge dressing room with large walk-in closets.
Interiors of the home feature hardwood flooring, drywall ceilings and large glass windows.
The listing described the home as an "elegant full floor home" that sits right "In the heart of the Upper East Side and less than a half block from Central Park and Fifth Avenue."
"...designed by Raymond Hood, the well known senior architect for Rockefeller Center and the Daily News building. Services include a live in super, doorman, and a private storage bin that transfers with the apartment as well as bike storage," it adds.

News of the purchase comes just weeks after Messing announced her split with boyfriend Will Chase.
"Debra Messing and Will Chase have ended their two-and-a-half year relationship but remain close friends," a representative of Messing confirmed with Us Weekly.
