Instead of going for a rack of dumbbells, one can opt for a kettlebell instead. Barbells and plate sets are also a must, as having these alone allow you to do a range of exercises, including those for your legs, arms, shoulders, chest and back.

One of them is Mark Wahlberg's 11,500 square-foot home in Beverly Hills, CA, which is priced at $30 million. Wahlberg's home gym was reportedly used by the actor to train for his movie "The Fighter."
