Pacquiao To Deliver The Knock-Out Punch Against His Nov. 22 Opponent Chris Algieri?

The boxing world is already abuzz with high excitement as the upcoming Pacman's fight is just roughly two weeks away from being staged in Macau, the gambling Mecca of Asia.

Christian Today has confirmed that the trail blazing Manny Pacquiao will be fighting against Chris Algieri at the 144-pound catch weight. Filipino Champion Pacquio, fighting at the welter weight division is expected to unleash his much-vaunted 'left-hook' punch that has floored many world-class opponents.

According to Christian Today, Coach Freddie Roach has told news reporters that regardless of the outcome of his upcoming bout Manny Pacquiao will continue to grace the boxing world for more years to come.

However, if the rumors are true that the champion still has enough left in his tank to perform more thrilling boxing matches after the Nov.22 bout, it would not be at the exciting welter weight division. Rather, any upcoming boxing matches, post-Algieri bout, will be staged at the 140-pound weight.

International Business Times has disclosed that Manny Pacquiao is making sure that his training regimen is exacting as he will be fighting a world-class opponent. Chris Algieri, fresh from his stunning victory over another fearsome boxer, claims that he has the skills and the punching power to dethrone the legendary Pacman.

The highly-decorated Filipino champion, though he has some obvious physical disadvantages against his upcoming opponent, still packs the same lethal power that has dethroned legendary boxers. Some critics say that the Pacman can easily dispatch shorter opponents but finds it an uphill battle fighting taller boxers, International Business Times reported.

However, boxing analysts are quick to refute such views. They cited taller opponents such as former world champions Antonio Margarito and Joshua Clote that became relatively 'easy work' for the Pacman.

Boxing Promoter and Top Rank Chairman Bob Arum told the media that Pacman's Opponent Chris Algieri will give the boxing champ a hard time, The Epoch Times reported.

According to the The Epoch Times, the unheralded Chris Algieri is being touted as the next Oscar De La Hoya. He is not only physically formidable but has the mental toughness needed to eke out an outstanding victory.

Irrespective of the much-awaited outcome of the much-hyped bout, one is certain. Boxing fans, all over the boxing world, will be gung ho of the amazing Pacman's much-anticipated bout.
