In Zillow's annual Celebrity Neighbor Survey, Taylor Swift tops the chart of most desirable neighbors of 2015.
Swift owns a number of properties in New York, Rhode Island and Beverly Hills. Following her are actresses Jennifer Lawrence and Amy Schumer, respectively. According to the report, Swift garnered 12 percent of the total votes and was especially favored by the millennials. Swift's most popular home is her 7 bedroom and 5 and a half bathroom Tribeca loft which she purchased for $20 million back in October 2014.
Meanwhile, the outspoken Republican candidate Donald Trump tops the site's list of worst neighbors of 2015. Trump garnered about 24 percent of the total votes which is five times more than the total votes that he got last year. It was discovered that he was especially disliked by the females and millennals.
Zillow chief marketing office explained that "Trump is frequently in the limelight for his polarizing comments and non-apologetic attitude, which some may see as unattractive qualities in a neighbor." In July of last year, Trump sold his 6,200-square-foot apartment in the Trump Park Avenue tower for $21 million, which was way lower compared to its original $35 million asking price.
Next to Trump is the reality star Kim Kardashian and her rapper husband Kanye West, who garnered 22 percent of the votes. Next to the couple was "Love Yourself" singer Justin Bieber, and next is democratic presidential candidate Hilary Clinton.
Meanwhile, there is no denying that 2015 was a great year for Swift after wrapping up her 1989 world tour. According to Pop Sugar, the singer-songwriter earned $1 million per day in 2015. Her recent net worth is estimated to be $200 million, and it was reported that she earned an average of $80 million from her album sales, endorsements and tours.
