The "Aquadisia" home in Siesta Key in the Sarasota region is being sold by its owner at a selling price of $18M.
Jeff Roberti, the owner of "Aquadisia" estate, listed the home and its 529 linear feet of Gulf beach at $18M through realtors Michael and Kim Ogilvie from Michael Saunders and Co., reported The Real Deal.
When it was listed in November 2015, the 7712 Sanderling Road beach mansion was ranked number two highest listing in the Sarasota region. Ogilvie mentioned that they would market the estate nationally to be able to find a buyer in behalf of the "Aquadisia" owner, Roberti.
Roberti bought the Sarasota property, which was privately marketed, in October 2014 for $11.85M. "Aquadisia," which was originally built in 1999 on 1.23 acres of land, has a total of three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The interior of the home features vaulted/cathedral ceilings and wooden floors, and has a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. It also includes a den, a library, an office, a foyer, an indoor utility room and a sauna. The mansion also has central cooling and heating systems.
With the Gulf of Mexico as a backdrop, the outdoor facilities of the "Aquadisia" include a balcony or sun deck, a hot tub, a spa, an irrigation system, mature landscaping, a patio, a porch, an outdoor shower, and a private pool. The estate has a garage that could fit two cars but has a provision for guest parking.
The all-white home exterior blends perfectly with the reflection pond, which greets guests as they approach the lush property.
Roberti, who just bought the property a little over a year ago, had to give up "Aquadisia" because of his travelling schedules. According to the businessman, he travels for around 200 days in a year so it is hard for him to make ends meet between the demands of his work and the Sarasota home.
