Together with his wife, Michelle, Nuti purchased an apartment at 22 Central Park South worth $6.31 million, in a landmarked annex to The Plaza Hotel.
The apartment unit of Nuti on the second floor had an original asking price of $6.7 million in 2013, but was reduced to $6.3 million in June last year.
According to the New York Post report, Nuti's 2,021-square-foot pad has two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, in addition to fascinating views of Central Park.
Central Park South provides mostly the iconic features of the greatest park in the world. One of the highlights is how the rocky and swampy land was built into a work of art, which is now known as the famous Central Park.
According to the listing, the apartment has great features of a decorative fireplace in the center of a wall, built-in walnut cabinetry, a chef's kitchen, and a master bedroom with lots of storage.
