Celebrity Homes: Sylvester Stallone Sells Home With His Own Paintings; Find Out More Details About His House

Actor Sylvester Stallone recently listed his 5,173-square-foot home in La Quinta, California for sale at $4.199 million. According to Realtor, Stallone's property houses 4.5 toilet and bath, and was originally purchased by the actor at $4.5 million.

The publication also revealed that there are at least four interesting finds at Stallone's home that the new homeowner would get upon purchasing the property.

The actor's listing agent Josh Reef revealed that Stallone has a huge crystal ball at home.

"It's been tuned, so it's the real deal to tell the future and stuff like that," he said.

The property will also be sold with some of the paintings that Stallone himself painted at displayed.

"When I did a walk-through with the property manager, I saw around a dozen paintings with the signature 'Stallone.' The manager said, 'Oh yeah, he painted these,'" he said.

Meanwhile, Stallone's mansion also reveals the actor's preppy attitude. Not only does his home come with a painting of a horse, there are also two fighter displays in his living room.

"There's a sense of dominance and masculinity, but also this preppy side to him," Reef said.

Reef also shared that Stallone's property is big on Feng Shui. "The place is Feng Shui'd to the max."

The "indoor living areas transition seamlessly into the outdoors, ornate crystals top the fireplace mantel, while on his living room coffee table is a rhinoceros statue with the world on top, which signifies protecting his family."

According to Elle Décor, Stallone doesn't have any problems leaving everything in his home to the next owner who will purchase it just as long as they agree on the right price.

As of late, the actor is still reportedly contemplating on whether or not he will leave behind his crystal ball because he also believes that it brought him much luck.
