Kardashian Net Worth: 'Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami' Beach Penthouse Seeks $5.9 Million

A new Miami home recently hit the market - and it's no ordinary home. The Miami Beach penthouse was once occupied by Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian, while the famous sisters filmed the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" spin-off show, "Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami."

According to listing agent Jeff Miller of Brown Harris Stevens, the penthouse suite - located on the topmost floor of the Hilton Bentley Miami/South Beach hotel - is seeking $5.9 million.

The penthouse - on the 10th floor - encompasses two bedrooms and spans at approximately 1,880 square feet. The room also boasts of an ocean view from practically every room in the unit.

In addition, the suite has two terraces coming from the living room, while a private staircase allows guests to get access to the 11th floor roof deck - which also has an overlooking ocean view from the infinity pool and Jacuzzi.

Meanwhile, Hilton Bentley General Manager John Laclé confirms that Kim Kardashian's older and younger sister lived in the penthouse for eight weeks while filming for the show in 2009, and again in 2010.

As it turns out, the penthouse was still owned by the hotel and was operating as a hotel room. At the time, the suite would cost approximately $2,000 to $5,000 per night.

However, the Kardashian sisters were able to get an undisclosed discounted rate for the room. Not only that, but Kourtney and Khloe also brought in some furniture and décor while shooting the series.

In late 2010, the room was purchased and is currently owned by literary agent Esmond Harmsworth for $3.6 million, reports the Wall Street Journal. After purchasing the suite, Harmsworth decided to renovate the whole thing.

"Basically I changed everything without moving walls," Harmsworth wrote in an email. Harmsworth is currently selling the unit as he plans to relocate to Europe.

Kourtney Kardashian net worth is $25 million, while Khloe Kardashian net worth is $25 million as well.
